Yes. NDHU has agreements with a select group of universities, and the NRES department also has their own agreements with further universities throughout Asia. These agreements allow for easy transition and collaboration, so if you would like to study a semester at a different university, or would like to collaborate with a professor from a different university, please feel free to consult the list of possible university candidates.
