Yes. Scholarships are evaluated on an annual basis. The university will evaluate scholarships based on student academic performance. Even if you receive a scholarship when you are accepted, you will be required to submit an application before the start of each year in order to continue receiving the scholarship. If students did not receive the scholarship for the first year, they are invited to re-apply for the second year (or third and fourth for a Ph.D student).
