Yes. All arrangements are made through the Office of International Affairs and Academics (issa@mail.ndhu.edu.tw). English speaking representatives from NDHU will be able to meet you in the airport and bring you to the university. All international students that are accepted to NDHU will be contacted prior to the start of the semester to make arrangements. When you are contacted, please make sure that you tell them your specific arrival date and flight number.
