No. The department of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies (NRES) currently only has one intake period each year for international masters and doctoral students (fall semester, starting September each year). There is also only one application period per year. Currently, the NRES department only offers the international (English-taught) M.Sc. program. The Ph.D program is at this time only offered as a Chinese-taught program. International students fluent in Chinese are welcome to apply for the Chinese-taught international program. There will be a language test required to be taken prior to your application being accepted.
