If you have any academic questions, the department office is the first place you should contact. If you have questions about living, studying, travel, passport/visa, work permit, or anything else that relates to non-academic concerns, please contact the Office of International Affairs and Academics directly (issa@mail.ndhu.edu.tw). If they are not able to directly answer your questions, they will contact the proper office on your behalf.

If you have questions about academic courses that are provided by a different department, you can contact them directly (the will have an English email address). They will be able to respond to you in English.
