While the main language used on campus is Mandarin Chinese, you will be able to get around and fulfill all your daily needs in English. Most administrative offices have an English speaker and both the on-campus post-office and bank are used to interacting with foreign students. Within the Natural Resources and Environmental Studies department professors and most staff are able to speak English. If you are entering the international program, all courses and all course material will be in English. Department documents and forms used are bi-lingual.
